Adem Jashari was born on May 30, 2000. He is currently  attending two universities. Adem is studying Law at South East European University and Journalism and Media at State University of Tetovo. He has participated in many activities in distinct spheres. He is also a member of several organizations such as: The American Corner Tetovo, Vision M, LOJA and the cultural association known as Mesazhi. Adem was elected as a representative of the Faculty of Law by SEEU’s Student Parliament and Association. During high school, Adem was one of the best reciters and he actively participated in every activity held in the school premises, but also many activities which took place outside the school. Adem will always be remembered in his high school for his role in the comedy “Vëllazëri e Interes“ and for giving a marvelous and enthusiastic performance. 

He was involved in Internship programs hosted by American Corner Tetovo and in Brvenica Municipality. He has participated in various trainings, seminars, and projects like Erasmus plus in Istanbul, Turkey with the topic “Protect Your World For Your Future“ and with Erasmus plus in Aalborg, Denmark with the topic “EUforYou”. Currently, he is a member of training program called “Young Journalists’ Network” organized by Democracy Lab and The US Embassy in Skopje. His first priority is to open an organization for youth, enabling young people to be more active in society and, most importantly, to use their voices to challenge societal injustices. His motto for moving forward is, “Devote yourself to the things you love.”

Adem Jashari

Albërie Xhemaili a 22 years old from Kumanovo a feminist, revolutionary spirit ,activist and ambitious woman .I have studied international communication at South East European University in Skopje. During my bachelor studies I have been receiver of major scholarships inside of North Macedonia and abroad. For three years of my studies I have been studying and experiencing a variety of global changes and issues . My focus was on achieving successful studies in international analysis of important issues. I have finished an Internship at the ALSAT TV where I was serving as a Journalist and Moderator in the Cultural Program. Currently I am enrolled in a master program me studying Diplomacy and International Relations at South East European University . Besides the successful studies I have achieved, I showed an interest to participate in the small-scale project implementations of LEAD MK 3 Fellowship Program where I am involved in my capacity fellow by implementing a project “Make Youth Aware of Fake News”. The subject of the project in efforts to identify fake news in North Macedonian media as a key skill in media and information literacy. The goal of the project is to inform, and educate high school students on the negative impact of fake news in society, equip young people with knowledge and skills to discover the verifiability of given news. The Journalism profession gives me the space to reflect and raise awareness to the most sensitive issues and challenges that citizens face in everyday life such as: climate and air pollution, corruption, human rights, marginalized groups rule of law and liberal democracy new strategies for policy making, the strategy of enlargement etc.

My major driving forces that motivate me to be a good journalist are to hold the powerful accountable and to right wrongs, and also to give voice to people who don’t have a voice” and getting a “chance to afflict some who are unjustly comfortable. I want to work hard and cultivate the better sources, including good sources such as reliable people : experts ,witnesses etc.

Alberie Xhemaili

Ardi Zhuta has a long career of hosting, starting from middle school with some festivals and concerts in North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania. His television career started at 21 Television. First he served in the morning show as a host and journalist. Later, he operated in the news department, covering social and cultural topics. These opportunities, lead him to host a show business show on afternoon broadcasts.

During a short pause from television, Ardi continued presenting in different cultural activities in North Macedonia. He was part of Top Talent, a talent show in Albania for journalists and hosts. He reached the grand final; however, he came just short of winning. He was the first Albanian journalist and presenter from North Macedonia to reach that phase of the competition.

Now, Ardi has returned to his roots and is co-hosting National Television Alsat’s morning.

Ardi Zhuta

Ardit Ramadani has a bachelor degree in LAW; nevertheless, he has been working as a journalist since the age of 17. He embarked on journalism by working the first two years as an intern in an online media called “ShqipMedia”, where he was later promoted and hired. During this internship, he also volunteered at a local non-governmental organization “Multikultura”, which lead him to write for an online media known as “Bon Zo”.

During his freshmen years of college, Ardit was the co-founder of a Feminist Movement, where he was the coordinator of many projects related to human rights.Ardit also served as a senator at the Student Parliament and Association, where he raised some important issues toward students’ rights. He used this position to push for further reforms, fighting against negative phenomena in North Macedonia’s educational system, such as corrupt professors asking for sexual favors and political influence in student organizations.

Currently, Ardit is working as a full-time journalist at a very credible medium www.Portalb.mk, based in Skopje, where he covers different topics and at the same time is one of the coordinators of a movement which is in the process of becoming (formally) a nonprofit organization, “Center for Equal Oportunities- CEO).

Ardit Ramadani

Arta graduated Public Relations at International Balkan University in Skopje and, concurrently, European Studies at Mother Teresa University in Skopje. She was awarded as the best student from Faculty of Communications, department of Public Relations at International Balkan University in 2019.

She helped in organizing International Conferences organized from the Universities where she studied and she is very active by participating in different Youth Exchanges, NATO Schools, Study Visits, Summer Schools, International Student Conferences and different trainings, which were great opportunities for her professional development and personal growth. She is also part of the LEAD MK Fourth Linking, Engagement, Advocacy, Development (LEAD) MK Fellowship Program, USAID’s Civic Engagement Project (CEP). She is currently working in the Youth Sector at the Agency of youth and sport in Skopje and she is part of the Young Journalists’ Network, implemented by Democracy Lab.

Arta Qerimi

"Socially active and aware about the problems and challenges in the society . Human rights activist fighting for equality . Dajana sees journalism as a tool to share stories that haven't been told but need to be heard . Stories that can bring changes and raise questions that are seeking for answers. She is the winner of 2017 Jean Monnet Best Amateur Picture award . Dajana is currently a Pharmacy student."

Dajana Lazarevska

Dorina Ajdini was born in Skopje, where she finished her education. She finished her studies in the field of marketing and management at the South East European University. During her studies she took part in several actions in the NGO LEAD, where she gave her contribution for two years for raising awareness in maintaining a clean environment.

After finishing her studies, she started working in the field of marketing at Life Radio, where she worked for almost two years. For the past three years she has been working as a TV host in several TV shows in Alsat M. Dorina started working in the morning show, continuing with entertainment shows. She is currently working as a TV host and coordinator of the afternoon show.

Dorina Ajdini

Evi Shkopi is an Albanian journalist and news speaker. Her journey on this profession started in October, 2010 at TV KOHA, a local tv in Tetovo, North Macedonia. From 2011 - 2015 she wrote about cultural events and showbiz and has been hosting TV shows, in several media. During these years she learned video editing for news editions and tv show. In 2015, she continued her career at TV21, but focused on political and social events and was exposed to some investigative journalism experience. Since 2015, she is also a news anchor. This same year, Evi Shkopi graduated in Law/ International Relations. In 2018, she joined Alsat Television. She speaks Albanian, Macedonian, English; however, studying the art of body language has always been her passion.

Evi Shkopi

Ivana Nasteska graduated journalism at the Faculty of Law at the State University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius – Skopje. As a journalist she started working in 2008 and since then she has worked in several printed and online media such as the weekly magazine “Forum”, the news agency Makfax, the daily newspaper “Dnevnik”, news portal “Telegraf”, daily newspaper "Nezavisen" and currently works at the news multimedia platform "Vidi Vaka" For more than ten years, she has been pursuing content from internal politics, social issues, and has been actively following culture as a sector in the last five years. She has continuously been upgrading and developing her skills regarding mobile journalism and social media.

Ivana Nasteska

Ljubica graduated journalism at the Faculty of Law „Iustinianus Primus“, University „Ss. Cyril and Methodius“ - Skopje (North Macedonia) in 2019. From 2018 she started volunteering at Center for investigative journalism SCOOP - Macedonia. Now she works there as an investigative journalist (freelancer). She writes investigative stories and also expresses her work through making short videos using mobile journalism.

She has participated in many trainings and has been part of many projects in the field of journalism. Some of them are: the training „Women Journalists for a Stronger Civil Society", by PINA (Platform for Investigative Journalism and Analysis), supported by the Civika Mobilitas program, a training for mobile journalism „MOJO“, the project “Concept for media literacy student“, training on the subject „Discrimination on the grounds of race and ethnicity, hate speech and hate crime with a particular focus on Roma cases“ and others. Currently she is part of the Young Journalists Network.

Ljubica Ivanova

Lutfije Nuhiji currently is a student in "Ss.Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje", in the Faculty of Pedagogy. But her hobby is writing and finding problems of her country. She was activist/volounteer in different non-govermental organizations like CID Macedonia, through this organization she was participant of a lot trainings and youth exchanges inside and outside North Macedonia. She was trained in short and long term ways.

She worked in a local radio (Radio Jehona), reading marketings, news and everything related with radio. Some months ago she started as a practicant journalist in Portalb to develop more journalism as her hobby. Now she is part of different programms that are for journalism and she is learning a lot from them.

Lutfije Nuhiu

Maja Terziova studied in Journalism from the faculty of Law,Iustinionius Primus,at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius.

In addition to her formal education, she attended several training courses related to marketing and media .

Her extended working experience includes: working in non-governmental organizations and private companies in the fields of media, marketing and research where she had the chance to communicate effectively with a number of high-profile clients.

She is an outgoing, enthusiastic, and organized individual with a passion in the field of media and strong work ethics, always looking to build on her existing knowledge and develop new skills.

Maja Terziova

Renata Penchova is a student of the Faculty of Philology “Blaze Koneski” Skopje. She has worked as a host for the television show “Dzvon” on the Macedonian National Television. She has worked for some research projects like "Gender-based violence of women in public places in Skopje" organized by NGO Reactor. She was a promoter in NGO Open Gate for the project “Together against to trade with people” previously has worked in the contact center of the company "Macedonian Telekom" – Skopje. She has participated in a lot of training courses, non-formal educational workshops, and festivals, such as: exchange project “Empower to lead” – San Jose, Costa Rica, No One’s Left Out” training course for youth workers Gauja, Latvia, “Cyberbullying” training course in Yerevan, Armenia, investigative film festival “Doing digital” –Skopje. Renata was a vice president of the literature club “Iskra”-Shtip and has published three books in Macedonian language. Now, Renata is one of the participants in Young Journalists Network.

Renata Penchova

Rita Behadini has always had a passion about journalism. From her time as a high school student engagement in issues that affect our lives has been important for her. Feeling the need for action in present times she started writing original pieces. Although this was not particularly journalism related, it motivated and inspired her to continue in the path of journalism. The experiences gained during this time, whether they were learning to understand people or the critiques from professors, have been invaluable to the further development of her journalistic abilities.

Her studies continued in the South Eastern European University. Here she worked further on expressing herself. During her time in this university her work was centered around gender equality, which allowed further expansion of her knowledge in the field of journalism. This environment presented challenges which she recognizes that have had positive effects on the further development of the patience and unbiased reporting required of a journalist.

During her time in university, She was hired as a journalist for Portalb.mk. After a year, she decided to take a work opportunity to be a presenter of the morning show on Alsat-M Television. Some of her most important work as a journalist has not only been focused on gender equality but environmental issues, the most important being the one concerning Sunny Hill in Tetovo. Through the extensive work with these issues her knowledge and abilities have expanded. She will continue to work on any issue that is relevant to the people who need it most, and report in an unprejudiced manner about the challenges we all are presented with.

Rita Behadini

Rrita holds a master’s degree in English Language and Literature from South East European University. She did her MA research at the University of Education in Heidelberg. Rrita has worked as a content writer, English teacher, and currently is freelancing as a social media consultant. Rrita was selected to participate in the Foreign National Student Internship Program (FNSIP) by the U. S. Embassy of North Republic of Macedonia, where she did an internship as a Digital Media Intern in the Public Affairs Section. Throughout the course of her internship, she gained experience in op-eds and published an op-ed that tackled the problem of bribery in the health care system. Rrita’s personality reflects creativity, eagerness for new information, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and enrich herself professionally. She considers herself as a critical media consumer who loves research, writing, and topics that challenge taboos. Her nickname ‘’colorrita’ speaks volumes about her personality. She does not see the world in ''black '' and ''white''. Rrita embraces the complexities with open-mindedness and sees the spectrum instead of focusing just on a certain side.

Rrita Syla

Shefkije Alasani has been working at Alsat TV for three years. Concretely, she works in the online information department. She left this role to spend an academic year as an Erasmus Exchange student at the University of Graz in Austria. During this experience, she continued to work in online information for some local informative websites. Shefkije has a bachelor degree in International Communications from South East European University. During this period she worked as a volunteer at the university's magazine “EuroIdea” and PR office of SEEU. She had an Erasmus exchange also during her Bachelor studies at the University of Ljubjana in Slovenia. Actually, she is in the final phase of graduating from South East European University, master of Diplomacy".

Shefkije Alasani

Teodora Noveska is a journalism and public relations student at the University of Goce Delcev – Stip. She has gained journalism experience in the university’s radio station and she created content for the university newspaper and magazine. She won the first award in the “VIII oratory nights” competition in the University of Goce Delcev, where she delivered speeches to an audience about the healthcare system and women's rights during pregnancy and after giving birth, Teodora has been a department of states scholar, participating in the Study of the US institutes for student leaders from Europe (SUSI 2019), journalism and media program In the Washington state university.

She is currently working on her graduation thesis and is an intern in the national radio “Kanal 77”

Albina Sefadini holds a BA degree in International Communication. Presently, she is working at the project ''Support to Electoral Reforms" at NYCM (National Youth Council of Macedonia).

The desire to learn and empower her personality has given her the ambition to participate and challenge herself in various courses, training, projects, and conferences, such as the Conference ‘’Bridge of the Future’’ in China (July 2019), “Spend a day with Macedonia’s Leading CEO’s”, #AmbassadorForaDay and "Artivism" the LEAD MK, a small-scale project organized and implemented by her.

Albina likes to work with a team that produces quality over quantity while respecting deadlines.

She knows how to stay calm under pressure, how to manage different situations, and how to thrive in a new and unknown environment.

Albina Sefadini

Arta is a medical student working as a TV host in a national TV for five years now. Her TV show covers health issues with physicians and other health professionals. Her focus in journalism, alongside health and education, is also related to health policies.

As a future doctor, she offers quality content, writes and delivers trusted health and science-based information.

Besmira Ibraimi holds a master's degree in Albanian studies. She has worked as a teacher in a secondary and elementary school for two years. Besides teaching and learning, she has developed the school magazine ‘Lego’. Moreover, she used to be the editor of a magazine of the Department of Albanian language and literature ‘Albstudenti’, during her studies.

As a master's student, she was part of the Erasmus+ Exchange Programme at the University of Calabria, Italy. Apart from participating in numerous youth exchange programs, training, internships, conferences, she volunteered for a year at the Non-governmental organization Center for Balkan Cooperation LOJA, being engaged in all cultural activities, and volunteered for a year at Volunteers Centre Skopje as a translator for the magazine called VOICES.

She is currently working at the cabinet of the Minister of Finance, which doesn’t stop her from being involved in the social and cultural activities that will contribute to our society, particularly the youth.

Besmira Ibraimi

Blerim Salihi has graduated cum laude in the Faculty of Law at South East European University. After finishing his studies, he actively contributed to society through his engagement in the civil sector. Today, his professional portfolio counts various positions in successfully implemented projects that had a real impact on society in different fields from human rights, youth education and empowerment, court monitoring, research to media literacy training for young generations. His divergent nature also led him to prestigious positions in the business sector, where he contributed in the field of Public Relations, Marketing, and Graphic Design. As an out-of-the-box thinker, he always aspires and accepts new challenges with an eagerness to learn more.

His passion for journalism began with a training session in journalism which he attended when he was only 16 years old, and the journey was later coronated with his work for the youth online portal, becoming a Creative Director during later stages. In 2021, Blerim was among the 100 selected participants out of 7600, fellow of the prestigious United States program, Community Solutions Program organized by IREX and supported by the US Department of State and the US Government. Ambitious, creative, and passionate, Blerim loves challenges and is always ready for more. His life motto is “every big thing was once just an idea”...

Blerim Salihi

Daniel Vasilev is a young journalist with over five years of experience. Started working as a professional journalist in 2015 in a local radio station where he was learning the basics of the profession. For the last three years he has been working full-time as a reporter in Sitel Television. Started with covering Economy, but then he was shifted to other fields. Currently he is covering Education mostly, even though he is working on other fields as well. Working as a reporter in television, a couple of his stories made an impact on society.During his studies he had a lot of training for young journalists that helped him develop into the reporter he is today. He says that he wants to focus more on mobile journalism and social media as he thinks that the new media are the future of the profession.

Edlira Sadiku

Fisnik Xhelili is a recent graduate; he holds a bachelor's degree in International Communication. He has successfully finished two exchange semesters within the Erasmus+ program during his studies. The first in the University of Ljubljana, where he studied Political Sciences and European Studies, and the second in the Heidelberg University of Education, where he studied Humanities and Culture.  He has been awarded several scholarships during his studies. He was awarded the prize “Student of the generation” during the graduation ceremony. Journalism is the field where he finds himself the most, which is his main focus at the moment. Fisnik is a freelance journalist; his articles mostly cover human rights topics and are published in various media. From time to time, Fisnik expresses his opinions through written columns, which are also published in online media. 

Today, he is one of the co-founders of “Mollëkuqja”- a non-profit organization focused on gender-based discrimination issues.

Fisnik Xhelili

Raising awareness on history, science, art and culture have been Ilir's goals since an early age. Currently, he studies Albanian language and literature at University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje. Being an excellent student during elementary school, high school and university, Ilir has actively participated in various projects and organizations promoting art, literature, culture, critical thinking and volunteering, including Red Cross - Kicevo, Youth Educational Forum - Debate Club, etc. 

Ilir is now working as a host and journalist at TV Alsat, where he co-hosts the morning show. Being interested in the above-mentioned topics, he puts efforts to use this platform and journalism to promote knowledge, education, culture and art.

Ilir Saliu

Ilmie Zhaku was born in Struga and is 26 years old. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Communications at the South East European University in Tetovo. During her studies, she participated in many programs on international relations and journalism, which have always been part of her interest, as well as the Erasmus program.  After graduation, she started working as a journalist in online media. She worked there for three months covering various interesting stories.  A year ago she started working as a correspondent of Macedonian Television 2 in Struga and Ohrid, which is still her working position. She has always wanted to be in the field of journalism since she thinks it is one of the best ways to contribute to her country and people. She is always looking forward to learning and growing more and more.

Ilmie Zhaku

Kristijan Trajchov is a  journalism and public relations student at the University of Goce Delcev – Shtip. He has gained experience in the university’s radio station and had his talk show covering sports, especially soccer.  He attended several training courses related to media, human rights and mobile journalism. He is constantly involved in projects for young journalists and gains experience in writing articles, supported by his mentor.

He is currently in his third year of journalism studies and his plan is to become a graduate journalist next year.

Liridona Kuçi

Martin Koloski was born in Ohrid. Currently, he is a graduate student at the Institute of Social Work and Social Policy at the Faculty of Philosophy, UKIM – Skopje.

He works in the youth Macedonian news outlet "Radio MOF" where he covers different topics but is mostly focused on the civic sector. 

Since high school, he was a dedicated activist for the environment and other social issues. He volunteered at numerous events and organizations.

In the meantime, he was one of the initiators of the non-formal ecological movement called "Clean Ohrid". 

He certainly sees himself in the journalism field in the future.

Sipas të dhënave nga UNICEF dhe Unionit Ndërkombëtar të telekomunikimeve në nivel global 33% e përdoruesve të internetit janë fëmijë dhe adoleshent. 

Sot interneti është më i qasshëm se asnjëherë më parë. Përhapje me të madhe e mundësive për konektim, krijon edhe mundësi të mira për fëmijët dhe të rinjtë për të pasur qasje në dituri, kulturë, mundësi të reja, miqësi të reja, shkëmbim idesh dhe opinionesh, përtej dimensioneve të kufijve fizik. Por kjo gjithashtu vjen edhe me pasoja të caktuara, siç janë dhuna, gjuha e urrejtjes, eksploatimi dhe bullizmi.

Siguria kibernetike, një realitet apo një mit – perspektiva e IT ekspertëve

Ekspertët nga fusha e teknologjisë së informacionit, shprehen të shqetësuar për sigurinë e të rinjve në rrjetet sociale dhe formën se si ata i përdorin këto rrjete. 

Adrian Koxha është Inxhinier Kryesor i Softuerit për një kompani eminente Gjermane, në intervistën tonë për Pina.mk ai theks të veçantë i vendon sjelljes së të rinjve online dhe praktikave të cilat ato shpesh i injorojnë dhe të cilat seriozisht mund të shkaktojnë probleme “Gjigantët e industrisë kibernetike gjithnjë punojnë për të krijuar një sistem më të qëndrueshëm dhe më të sigurtë, por shpesh ne si konsumatorë nuk i përqafojmë këto rekomandime në tentativë për të kursyer kohë ose për qasje më të shpejtë, sidomos të rinjtë. Shumë aplikacione rekomandojnë sot përdorimin e vërtetimit të identitetit përmes dy faktorëve (Two-factor-authentication), ose përdorimi i fjalëkalimeve me elemente të përziera (numra, shkronja, shenja...), shpesh ne i tejkalojmë këto procese për një qasje sa më të shpejtë. Të rinjtë janë gjithashtu shumë kurioz, dhe kjo mundëson edhe sulme të natyrës phishing – përmes klikiminit në linqe nga ku dashakeqësit vjedhin kredencialet tona të logimit përmes impresionizmit të faqeve që duken si Facebook apo Gmail. Nevoja për të pasur qasje të shpejt në rrjet shpesh i bën të rinjtë të jenë preh e asaj që njihet si “Man in the Middle Attack” ku përmes logimit tonë në rrjete publike për WiFi, ne i mundësojmë dashakeqësve të kenë qasje deri tek informatat tona private. Në këto raste gjithmonë duhet të përdorim një VPN”. 

Koxha gjithashtu shpreh shqetësimin edhe të fotografive dhe informacioneve që të rinjtë ndajnë nëpër rrjete duke u munduar të ndjekin trendet. Ku përmes fotografive shpalosin informacione personale, shpërndarja e fotografive që bartin informacione mbi lokacionin e realizimit dhe ngjashëm. Ai shprehet se të rinjtë duhet të tregohen tejet të kujdesshëm, sepse dashakeqët shpesh manipulojnë dhe keqpërdorin fotografitë për interesat e tyre personale.

Ajo shprehet se hapësira kibernetike sot është një nga sfidat më të mëdha ligjore, e cila ka nxitur një formë tjetër të krimit. Krimet kibernetike qe bëhen ndaj individëve dhe grupeve të individëve kane qellim të dëmtojnë reputacionin e viktimave ose të shkaktojnë dëmtime fizike, materiale dhe psikologjike. Për me tepër Nurane Kuqi thotë “Ekziston një numër i madh i rreziqeve potenciale që rrezikojnë privatësinë dhe sigurinë e fëmijëve online. Fëmijët mund të jenë të ekspozuar ndaj materialeve të paligjshme, shpeshherë edhe pa e kuptuar se janë të paligjshme dhe të dëmshme për moshën e tyre. Duhet që të dhënat te ruhen dhe të jemi të kujdesshëm për çfarëdo informacioni që e shpërndajmë në internet sepse mund te kthehemi në viktima të mashtrimeve online.”

Eksperti i Inxhinierisë kompjuterike, Omer Salaj thotë se me prezencën e madhe virtuale të të rinjve, ato janë ekspozuar reziqeve kibernatike çdo ditë. “Më shpesh bëhet fjalë për fishing (scaming) që në shumicën e rasteve manifestohet nëpërmjet shtojcave në email si dhe linqeve për shpërndarje. Të rinjtë duhet më tepër t’u kushtojnë vëmendje mesazheve direket (DM) sepse shumë lehtë munden të jenë viktimë e predatorëve seksual, mashtruesve dhe bullizmit.

Që të parandalohet të ndodhin të gjithë këto, që dhe janë vështirë të shmangshme në një botë virutuale me përdorim të teknologjisë më të re, duhet që të rinjtë të edukohen vazhdimisht për sigurinë në internet, qoftë me trajnime të veçanta apo edhe të jetë lëndë detyruese nëpër sistemet edukative të shkollave sepse në këtë mënyrë të rinjtë do të dinë të identifikojnë rrezikun në internet, do të dinë si të sillen në internet dhe ç’është më e rëndësishme nëse vjen në situatë të pakëndshme ato do të dinë në çfarë mënyre të i përgjigjen dhe kujt ti drejtohen” thotë Salaj.

Ai gjithashtu shton se një pjesë të përgjegjësisë për sigurinë e të rinjve në rrjet duhet të mbajnë edhe prindërit “është e domosdoshme që të ndiqet aktiviteti i të rinjve në internet nga prindërit/kujdestarët e tyre. Gjithsesi, që të mos ndjehen të rinjtë se janë tejet të kontrolluar dhe që kjo mos ndikojë gabimisht në edukimin e tyre, një ndër zgjidhjet e rekomanduara për të mbrojtur të rinjtë në internet është përdorimi i programeve “kontrolli prindëror”. Këto programe mund të instalohen edhe në nivel të ruterëve dhe në këtë mënyrë të ndiqen aktivitetet e atyre që janë të lidhur në rrjet nëpërmjet atij ruteri.”

Shëndeti mendor, të rinjtë dhe interneti

Studimet e shumta dëshmojnë se përdorimi i lartë i rrjeteve sociale mund të shpije deri tek ndjenja e depresionit dhe varshmëri tek disa njerëz. Të rinjtë janë më të brishtë për sa i përket këtij fenomeni. Në bisedë me psikologen kuptuam më shumë rreth rreziqeve dhe formës se si përdorimi i rrjeteve sociale ndikon në shëndetin mendor të të rinjve. 

Nebahate Imeri është magjistre e psikologjisë klinike, ajo gjithashtu është Këshillues Geshtalt dhe EMI terapiste. Një kohë më të gjatë ajo është aktive në organizata të ndryshme për psikologji dhe gjithashtu është marrë me studime në format se si bota virtuale ndikon tek të rinjtë. Për Pina.mk, Nebahate Imeri thotë se të rinjtë nuk janë as të vetëdijshëm për pasojat ngase janë të ngërthyer nga varshmëria dhe kurioziteti për shfrytëzimin e internetit, madje ajo shpreh shqetësim jo vetëm për kohëzgjatjen e qasjes në internet, por edhe për përmbajtjen e adresave në të cilët të rinjtë kanë qasje pa asnjë censurim apo mbikëqyrje nga peronat relevant. 

“Bota virtuale fatkeqësisht sot është shndërruar në një faktor atraktiv për të rinjtë. Të ndikuar nga imazhet e rrejshme dhe statuset jo reale të paraqitura në atë botë, shumë nga ta bëhen viktime e një tendence dhe varshmerie jo të shëndetshme. Të ngërthyer në këtë bote virtuale individët harrojnë për kontakte të mirëfillta sociale me njerëzit tjerë, izolohen dhe distancohen nga bota reale dhe bëhen rrobër te një bote dhe realiteti te krijuar. Kur e themi këtë kemi parasysh dhe mirëqenien psikologjike, respektivisht pasojat në shëndetin mental nga ky fenomen kryesisht kemi niveli të lartë stresi, ankthi, konflikt intern për atë se çka është reale dhe jo, dhe për atë se çka ata mendojnë se si duhet te jete dhe jo si është në të vërtetë. Pra mirëqenia e tyre psikologjike në këtë rast është e brishtë pasiqe pasojat vërehen në të gjitha aspektet qofshin ato kognitive, afektive dhe biheviorale” thotë Nebahatja. 

Terpaisja Imeri, gjithashtu e shtron edhe problematikën e kopjimit të modeleve në rrjetet sociale dhe tendenca për arritjen e standardeve joreale të jetesës “Kjo është ajo qe ne e quajmë imazh social i rrejshëm dhe ne e dimë se asgjë nga ajo qe paraqitet në rrjetet sociale nuk e shpreh realitetin faktik. Derisa në realitet ato (të rinjtë) harrojnë kontaktin dhe gjërat më natyrale që i kanë bërë, përmes këtij trendi të ri, ata përvetësojnë diçka që është e të gjithëve dhe në fakt e askujt, pra humbin autoritetin dhe identitetin e tyre, harrojnë qëllimet dhe idealet e tyre dhe krijojnë modele të gabueshme për ti ndjekur” përfundon Imeri. 

Sekotri cilivl dhe ‘lufta’ për siguri kibernetike

Me përhapjen e lajmit për skandalin e ashtu njohur si “Dhoma publike” sytë e opinionit u kthyen të gjitha nga siguria kibernetike dhe brishtësia e vendit ku ne me botën ndajmë gjitha të dhënat tona personale, nga fotografitë me miqtë, vendet ku pimë kafen e mëngjesit, takimet e rëndësishme të punës, të dhëna personale, bilës edhe kartelat dhe informacionet bankare. 

Me paraqitjen e këtij skandali edhe shoqëria civile filloj fuqishëm të avokojë deri tek instucionet kompetente, por edhe të tentoj të risë vetëdijen e përgjithshme sidomos të të rinjve për edukim kibernetik dhe etikë në botën virtuale. 

Aktualisht, Qendra për Mundësi të Barabarta -  Mollëkuqja, janë duke realizuar një ekspozitë të titulluar nga “Inbox-i në shesh” e cila përmes skenimit të ekranit të inboxit privat, ka për qëllim të demaskoj ngacmimet seksuale që ju bëhen të rinjve në rrjetet sociale. Të kontaktuar nga Pina.mk, nga kryesia e kësaj organizate shprehen “Ngacmimet në rrjete sociale janë fenomen i normalizuar në shoqërinë tonë, andaj vendosëm të bëjmë diçka për të ngritur vetëdijen e njerëzve që kjo që po ndodh nuk është në rregull. Vajzave ju mungon informacioni se çka është ngacmim, sepse për to ngacmimet janë bërë përditshmëri. Ekspozimi i këtyre mesazheve në sheshin e Tetovës dhe Gostivarit ka nxitur reagim, gjë që na bën të mendojmë se këto çështje nuk janë folur deri më sot. Ne i nxorëm në shesh mesazhet që rrinin në “seen” në inboxet e vajzave për të treguar që ky fenomen është një sekret publik i cili duhet diskutuar” thonë nga Mollëkuqja. 

Ata thonë se shumë shpesh ngacmimet në rrjete sociale nuk kuptohen si të tilla, meqë janë normalizuar. Është bërë aq normale të pranosh mesazhe që përmbajnë ngacmim, gjuhë të urrejtjes, ofendim apo kërcënim, sa më kjo nuk paraqet alarm për të ndërmarrë diçka për këtë problem, ata shtojnë “Nga hulumtimi që kemi bërë, ka dalë që 65.8% e vajzave të anketuara pranojnë mesazhe ngacmuese, andaj konstatojmë se kjo është një shifër alarmante dhe duhet bërë diçka për të parandaluar këtë”. Nga ana tjetër ata shtojnë se tek të rinjtë ekziston frika dhe ngurrimi për të paraqitur këto raste, si dhe mosbesimi në institucione.

Biseduam edhe me Goce Arsovskin i cili është psikolog dhe hulumtues, ai gjithashtu është Zyrtar për Mbështetje Programore në Fondacionin Metamorphosis, fondacion ky i specializuar ndër të tjera për adresimin e problemeve kibernetike dhe edukimit për inovacion. Goce ndër të tjera është edhe trajnues në programe që ju mundësojnë të rinjve më shumë informacione rreth sigurisë kibernetike. Për Pina.mk ai shprehet se të rinjtë në përgjithësi, por veçanërisht, të ashtuquajturit gjenerata Z, plason në mënyrë mjaft të pakëndshme të dhëna personale në internet dhe shumë pak konsiderojnë pasojat afatgjata që mund të kenë këto aktivitetet. Nuk duhet të harrojmë se - sapo të publikojmë diçka online (telefon, email, foto, etj.), është shumë e vështirë ta fshish atë (përgjithmonë).

Ai gjithashtu shpreh shqetësim se të rinjtë nuk kanë mjaftueshëm informacion për gjërat për të cilat ato pranojnë në rrjete, por përgjegjësia ngelet tek edukimi i strukturuar mbi këto tema. “Kuptohet se tek një numër i vogël i të rinjve ekziston vetëdija për rreziqet potenciale të cilat dalin nga përdorimi i përditshëm i internetit dhe veglave më të fundit digjitale, dhe mundohen të praktikojnë deri-diku ca hapa për mbrojtjen e të dhënave personale, por ajo që mungon është edukimi (i mëtejmë) i strukturuar, sistematik dhe holistik për gjithë këto tema” shton Goce. 

Ai gjithashtu u bën apel të rinjve të kenë kujdes çka dhe më kë, ndajnë gjërat në rrjet për vete dhe për më të afërtimit e tyre. “ ‘Anonimitetin’ të cilin e ofron komunikimi në internet nuk duhet të e keqëprdonirm dhe ta marrëm për të mirqenë, duhet të sillemi në rrjet ashtu siç sillemi çdo ditë në rrugë, në shkollë, në shitoren e lagjes – me respekt, kulturë dhe mirëkuptim për dallimet dhe nevojat e bashkëqytetarëve tonë” përfundon Arsovski.

Mendimet, dyshimet dhe si të rinjtë ndjehen në botën virtuale?

Nuk mund të anashkalonim këtë temë, pa mos konsideruar mendimin e të rinjve të cilët janë epiqendra e kësaj bisede. Nëse për një moment do të konsideronim botën virtuale si një shtëpi, atëherë të rinjtë dhe gjithkush në të i bie të jetë i zënë në grackë në të njëjtën dhomë me predatorin e tyre më të rrezikshëm. 

Por si të rinjtë e shohin botën virtuale, a e konsiderojnë ata si një mundësi apo si një barrë të epokës të cilën duhet ta mbartin mbi supe. Për këtë arsye kemi biseduar me të rinj të gjeneratës Z, për të kuptuar më shumë mbi pikëpamjet e tyre rreth botës virtuale. 

Agnesa Bexheti, viti i parë ne studime universitare, tregon se ajo kalon diku tek 5 orë në ditë ne internet nga të cilat 1 orë është e dedikuar rrjeteve sociale, kurse 4 tjera mësimeve. Ajo thotë “duke ditur rreziqet që vinë nga interneti nuk mund të them se ndihem shumë e sigurtë, edhe pse personalisht nuk kam pasur ndonjë incident ne internet, por po jam ndjere e ngacmuar nga veprime të njerëzve që njoh”. Agnesa shton “Në kohën që jetojmë tani është pothuajse e pamundur të mos jesh i varur nga interneti. Çdo gjë nga marrja e informacionit dhe të dhënave, argëtimi përmes lojërave, muzikës etj, te blerja e gjerave dhe pagesa e faturave bëhet përmes internetit, për këtë shkak unë besoj se jam e varur nga interneti për të jetuar një jetë që e quajmë si ‘normale’ ”. 

Nxënësi Shefik Memedi, i cili ndjek mësimet në klasën e 13, thotë se kur ka obligime mesatatisht përdor internetin vetëm 3 orë në ditë, ndërsa kur nuk ka obligime shkon deri në 10/11 orë në ditë, ai shprehet se  edhe pse kalon shumë kohë në internet, prapëseprapë nuk ndjehem i sigurtë. Nga përvoja personale thotë se ka pasur raste në rrjete sociale kur ai ka qenë i kërcënuar, kurse sa i përket problemit më të shpeshtë në rrjete sociale ai identifikon lajmet e rrejshme si problem krucial. 

Nisa Shaqiri, gjithashtu është nxënëse e klasës së 13-të.  Ajo thotë se në internet kalon diku përafërsisht 4 orë në ditë.  Ajo shprehet “Nuk mund të them se ndjehem shumë e sigurtë në internet, prandaj çdoherë mundohem të dhënat personale të mos i ndaj shumë e sidomos jo me njerëz të huaj”. Nisa gjithashtu mendon se është e varur nga interneti dhe sipas saj sfida më e madhe në internet gjatë periudhës së pandemisë ka qenë “fake news”.

Amella Mustafi, nxënëse e vitit të dytë në shkollë të mesme, thotë se një pjesë të shkurt të kohës e kalon në internet, ashtu si shumica e bashkëmoshatarëve të saj, ajo ndihet mesatarisht e sigurtë online por gjithsesi mundohet që të ketë kujdes në aplikacionet dhe web-faqet që i përdor për zbavitje dhe komunikim online. Ajo gjithashtu shton “Në disa raste vërehet edhe ngacmimi dhe bulizmi në internet nga moshatarët dhe shoqëria e botës virtuale. Shumë nga gjërat pa menduar publikohen online dhe ajo mund të jetë rrezik shtesë për ne adoleshentët sepse e kemi vështirë të mbrohemi dhe nuk e dimë qasjen e duhur dhe se si duhet të sillemi në internet. Shumë shpesh është edhe e vështirë të ballafaqohesh me raste ngacmimi dhe bulizmi online sepse ato edhe reflektohen në botën reale dhe në përditshmërinë tonë dhe mund të sjellin pasoja dhe më të mëdha”. Ajo thotë se fatkeqësisht është e varur nga interneti, nga teknologjia dhe atë që premton bota virtuale. “Jemi gjeneratë e teknologjisë dhe nganjëherë e kemi të vështirë ti përshtatemi rrethanave pa internet” shton Amella.

Edhe pse mund të themi se të rinjtë janë konsumatorët më lojal të botës virtuale nga mendimet e mbledhura qartazi, ata nuk ndjehen të sigurtë në botën virtuale, nga ana tjetër deklarojnë se ndjehen të varur nga interneti për realizimin e aktiviteteve më bazike.

Ekspertët potencojnë gabimet më të zakonshme që të rinjtë bëjnë në rrjete që paraqesin kërcnim të sigurisë së tyre. Psikologët potencojnë për dëmet dhe ndikimin në shëndetin mendor, kurse sektori civil avokon për ndryshim të kurrikulave dhe inkuadrim të programeve për edukim kibernetik të të rinjve dhe qasje institucionale ndaj problematikës. 

Në nivel Evropian, përmes kampanjave të ndryshme dhe programeve të ndryshme për edukimin rinor për mbrojte në botën kibernetike. E njëjta gjë edhe përmes ligjeve dhe rregulloreve të ndryshme siç janë Rregullorja e Përgjithshme për Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave, Ligji i Shërbimeve Dixhitale dhe Rregulloret e Direktivës së Shërbimeve Audiovizive. Edhe pas skandalit të madh me rastin famëkeq “Dhoma publike” në vendin tonë nuk u ndërmorën iniciativa më rigoroze ligjore për të parandaluar fenomene të këtilla në të ardhmen, kurse procesi gjyqësor i rastit ende nuk ka epilogun e merituar ligjor. 

Të rinjtë dhe interneti: rreziqet, sfidat dhe siguria në botën e madhe kibernetike

Valon Mani is born in Skopje. He has been working as a journalist for almost three and a half years. His journey with this profession started with the “Magazina Ekonomike” television program, in which we covered topics such as social politics, macroeconomics, and events and their development in global economics. After that, he continued working in the National Television Alsat, the news department, where he initially covered economic topics. He continues working in the news department, covering everyday life topics, which are published online. Parallelly with his job, he attends Law studies at the University of “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje. Always interested in writing about essential problems that ordinary and vulnerable citizens have to face.

Valon Salai

Vanja Micevska is a journalist currently working at the first private national radio station Kanal 77 and the web portal Macedonian media service (MMS MK).  She graduated journalism in 2014 and six years later she finished her master studies in communication management and public relations with an academic paper named “The rise and fall of print media in North Macedonia”. In her career till now, she has been working as a radio host of а radio morning show. She reported from a lot of political events such as protests, international press conferences, parliamentary sessions and so on.

In the last year her focus is on literary genres, so what she does the most is creating articles about ordinary people with inspirational life stories (people with cancer, people with disabilities, single parents or some other marginalized citizens). Also, almost on a daily basis she publishes educational texts and interviews with a lot of doctors or some other medical workers.

Vanja Micevska

Zenel is in the final year of political studies at the University “Mother Theresa” in Skopje. He is working as a journalist for two years now. He is engaged as a journalist for the daily newspaper KOHA in Skopje. He is also a member of the Association of Journalists of Macedonia. In the daily newspaper KOHA, he usually covers the events of the Ministry of Education and Science, the issues students and young people in our country face; the difficulties and obstacles they face regarding the integration in the society, their involvement in politics, or the discrimination they face by the state system

Aleksandra Danailovska

Anastasija Jurukovska is currently a student at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje,

the department of Public Relations. Her previous work experience includes communications,

hospitality and representation in various projects, most prominently at &quot;Password Production&quot; and

&quot;Makedox Creative Documentary Film Festival&quot;. Throughout the years she has volunteered at

many festivals and is very passionate about supporting Skopje&#39;s art and entertainment scene.

Being an art enthusiast, she herself dabbles with art expression in many forms, from mixed media

formats to photography and drawing. Part of her inspiration comes from the knowledge gained

from her volunteer work at art installations such as &quot;Skopje Light Art District&quot; and &quot;In Situ Art Fair&quot;.

Anastasija Jurukovska

Argjira is a student of medicine in Skopje and a TV host. Regardless of the differences between

journalism and medicine she claims that these two fields have a lot in common such as helping

other people, either about their health, or making them aware of what’s going on around them,

keeping them informed, and both of these aspects are 50/50 included in her plans for the future.

Argjira Elmazi

Edina Elezi is a third-year undergraduate student at the International Balkan University. In the

university, she is the only Albanian woman in her department of Political Sciences, where she&#39;s

mainly known for being a very self-disciplined, dedicated student with a high GPA. Within the

society, she is regarded mostly for her social criticism and activism which she has openly and

bravely expressed through her well-articulated writings, and even is a winner of multiple writing

contests covering different social topics. While equivalently maintaining both, her studies and her

career, she has continuously contributed to society by letting her skills and talents serve the

advantages of the society. By working with many international and domestic organizations she

has helped on implementing multiple social and humanitarian projects in North Macedonia. Her

passionately curious nature to explore daily life, analyze and examine social phenomena, brought

her closer to journalism where she decided to take part in YJN to expand her knowledge, gain new

skills and fulfill her career. Driven and uncompromising, Edina continues to enthusiastically test

herself in different spheres by always remaining genuine in the pursuit of knowledge and the

Elena Gagovska is a freelance journalist, researcher and Master&#39;s student in North American

Studies at Freie Universität Berlin. In 2019, she graduated with a Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Humanities,

the Arts and Social Thought with a concentration in Literature and Rhetoric from Bard College

Berlin (BCB). Her pursuit of journalism began precisely during her undergraduate studies when

she started writing for Die Bärliner, the BCB student blog. After just a semester of being a

contributing writer, Elena was asked to become an Associate Editor in addition to continuing her

writing endeavors. She wrote about a variety of topics, such as the racialization of Eastern

Europeans, immigration policies, and feminism. During her time at Die Bärliner, the blog&#39;s

readership increased dramatically, especially due to the political nature of the articles she

published and edited. Through her exposure at Die Bärliner, Elena received offers to write for other

publications, such as Public Seminar, Jacobin magazine, and in 2019 the newly formed

Macedonian language feminist publication Meduza for which she has written since its inception.

She has since been published in a variety of Macedonian, regional and international publications

Enisa Dalipi

Era Gjakova is 3 rd year Law student at South East European University and a TV Host at National

Television Alsat M. She has always been an enthusiast, who loves helping people through the civil

sector. She is also a project manager at the Academy for Diplomacy and Protocol, Student

Ambassador at the Global Leadership Summit, lecturer for the project “Steet Law” at Youth

Educational Forum, and member of the advisory body of the YouThink project. Journalism

became part of her life when she began to work as a TV Host, that is when she knew that

journalism will be part of her for the rest of her life.

Fitim Marovci is currently studying Media and Intercultural communication at the Mother Teresa
